Hello Brothers,
I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to send a friendly reminder that we are looking for 10 volunteers to assist with setting up and tearing down tents for the Camping at the Creek Nature Adventure this weekend. This is a fantastic opportunity for Brothers to become members of The Distinguished Club Service (MAB CLUB).
The Aspire House, along with Ms. Sharon, needs our support for this overnight event, scheduled for September 7th & 8th. Volunteers should meet at 10 AM at the Eagle Creek Camping site, Earth Discovery Center, 5901 Delong Road, Indianapolis, IN. Parking will be free for those who volunteer.
As a volunteer, you will be helping adults aged 18 and older with the setup and teardown of tents, with the final tasks wrapping up by 5 PM on the 8th. This initiative presents a chance for XI Sigma to earn 300 PIA points, with each volunteer able to accumulate 30 service hours. If we have 10 Brothers participate, we can collectively earn up to 300 service hours!
