This includes revamping our chapter infrastructure and operations to leverage more technology, automation, & self-service tools. My goal is to develop men across Central Indiana by equipping us with leadership development skills to transform our personal lives to pour back into our families while also sharing these exact same resources to impact the next generation of young people.

I want to recognize our Immediate Past President Brother Charles Scott who has been instrumental in Xi Sigma’s success by positioning us to be a model chapter in the Great Lakes Region.

Finally, I want to thank our community partners: Aspire House, Brightwood Community Center, Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Martin University, NCAA, & Your Image Works for supporting our community impact initiatives throughout the years which revolve around our core principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, & Service.
