SOCIAL ACTION – WORK THE POLLS – SUPPORT BROTHER HICKS –
Xi Sigma has a upcoming service project at the end of April thru early May where we can earn money working the polls in Pike Township.
Xi Sigma’s Social Action Chair Brother Demetrice Hicks is running for the Pike Township Board which is the Legislative Body of a Township. Donors have allocated funding to his team for poll staff. Bro. Hicks has created a Social Action Engagement Opportunity in which the Blue & White Family could reap the monetary benefits while exercising our Social Action Initiative. The great part is we have no implementing restrictions from the donors ,therefore we can extend the opportunity to our collegiate chapters and Zeta Sisters if desired. Please see the Sigma Social Action Engagement Opportunity outlining details. Please see the link to sign up as an update is required by April 18th. We will also open this opportunity up to Sorors to earn for their chapters.
ELECTION DAY VOTING SHIFTS:
Tuesday 5/7: 6am to 6pm EST, 6am to Noon EST, or Noon to 6pm EST

Social Action Engagement Opportunity Incentive:
During Early Voting, Chapter and/or member will be accommodated at a rate of $50 per day, per
person not to exceed two staffers during the nine days of early voting at a max rate of $900.
On Election Day, Chapter and/or member will be accommodated at a rate of $140 per person for a
full day, not to exceed 15 staffers and $70 per person for half day, not to exceed 15 staffers.
