As discussed during this week’s chapter meeting there are (2) Service opportunities to help out on for Sunday 10/22/23
Colts Game –
The dress attire is black pants, black socks, black shoes, and a white or black t-shirt: Best will provide a work shirt, tie, and vest. We must arrive at 8:30 am and work till 5pm: no later than 5:30PM. Once you have signed up for the games of your choice; you will be given further instruction on parking and check-in. Black Brew Fest –
Overview:
- What: Black Brew Fest 2023
- When: Oct 22nd, 2023 11a – 4p
- Where: Newfields (Garden Terrace @ Newfields)
We’re asking that you confirm your interest in participating in this event as soon as possible, we will need help in the following areas and times.
Areas we need volunteers:
- Set-Up
- Art Making
- Wayfinding
- Tear-Down
Time Slots: (Looking for a max of 5 – 10 volunteers per organization)
- Morning Shift: 9 AM to 12 PM
-set up signage
-set up tables, chairs, etc for performers & art making
-put out lawn games and hammocks
-help vendors with set up and load in
Afternoon Shift: 12 PM to 3 PM
-help with wayfinding for guests
-assist with art making
-run ice, cups, infrastructure for vendors
-reset & maintain lawn games/hammocks
Evening Shift: 3 PM to 6 PM
-tear down signage and put away
-tear down tables, chairs, infrastructure for performers/art making and put away
-tear down and put away lawn games & hammocks
-help vendors with tear down and loud out.
