Good day all,
Thank you all for volunteering for the 2024 IMS Fundraiser. As you all should know, we have a dress code: July 20th, 2024. The attire is black pants or black shorts, black shoes or dark comfortable shoes. IMS will provide all volunteers with a t-shirt and ball cap. If you did not do a waiver, please do. By filling out the waiver, you are accounted for and Xi Sigma Alumni earn money. This is our last opportunity to earn funds from this event. By the way, we may be able to earn a second day of funding if we meet our numbers on the first date.

Next, be sure to bring a lawn chair and a cooler with food & drinks. No alcoholic beverages while working please. You can buy food and drinks at the racetrack if you like.
Also, we will be meeting at 3281 N Centennial St 46222. On July 20, 2024, we will park and meet for carpooling at 7am and leave for the track at 7:30am for 8am check in. On July 21,2024, we will park and meet at the above address for carpooling. Meeting time is at 7am and we will leave for the track at 7:30am for 8am check in.
