ZETA AMICAE OF INDIANAPOLIS NEW MEMBER RECEPTION
On behalf of the Membership Committee and Membership of Zeta Amicae of Indianapolis, we would like to extend an invitation to the members of Xi Sigma Chapter of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.to our New Member Reception.
The event will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 3:30-5:00pm. The location will be: Eaton Hall located at 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, IN 46112. We are also in need of Volunteers to help with Set Up and Tear down of tables and chairs.
For those that will be able to assist us with the need for Set up and Tear down, I ask that they please respond to this email: amicaa.cavanaugh@gmail.com. Also, for those that will be attending, we do ask that they RSVP as seating is limited. I have provided the Eventbrite link below to register.

Bro. Treasurer will be submitting dues for the names listed below along with Brothers who submitted their payment to the Chapter by Sunday 12/29.
If you want the chapter to make your payment then you can send in your dues to the chapter cash app or zelle.
- Generally speaking dues =$305 to be fully financial on all 3 Levels
- If you were not financial in 2024 then your amount could be higher and you will need to confirm your amount prior to submitting funds.

As discussed Brothers have a chance to have your 2025 dues covered by the Chapter if you secure a sponsorship package or (3) Digital Ads from a Brother, yourself, outside person, business, or organization.

Xi Sigma Sponsorship Overview
Brothers will receive credit for dues paid on all levels by the chapter based on meeting the following criteria:
- Securing a (1) Scholarship package under options #1, #2, #3, or #4.
- If you are pitching a Scholarship Package to a outside person, business, or organization please be sure to contact Bro. OC Miles to engage members of the PBS INDY Foundation for presentation assistance and next steps

If you already paid your dues or will pay your dues by December 31st 2024 the Chapter will reimburse your dues in full on all levels if you meet any of the criteria listed above.
