Friday 5/26 & Sunday 5/28 at IMS

Good Morning Brothers,

I am attaching the “What to Know” for 5/26 and 5/28 fundraising event for Xi Sigma Alumni Chapter. In this email, you will find key information about where to meet as a group, how to get in the gate, and what to do once you get in the gate.

By the way, we are 15 volunteers away from meeting our goal for Sunday’s race. We need 15 more volunteers to meet our Sunday race goal.

PUNCH YOUR TICKET INTO XI SIGMA’S MAB CLUB FOR 2023 BY VOLUNTEERING AT THE RACE!

On 5/26, we will meet and park at Lafayette Square Mall at 5:30am to receive parking passes. We will have to carpool over to the racetrack because of limited parking passes. Once we have gathered into carpool groups; you will work with this group for the entire event day: this way the group that came together can leave together. We will leave the Mall at 5:45am to be ready for check-in at 6am. In the event you arrive any time after 5:45am, I will not be able to guarantee that we will be able to utilize you for the day; so please be on time for the event. However, please call Bro OC Miles before you turn back home. (OC 317-490-8537)

For both days of events, the attire is: black pants or shorts, black shoes or comfortable shoes. IMS will provide you with a t-shirt and cap. Also, provide us with water and sunscreen.
You may bring a cooler with food and beverages(no glass bottles are allowed). 

On 5/28, we will meet and park at Lafayette Square Mall at 4:00am to receive parking passes. We will have to car pool over to the racetrack because of limited parking passes. Once we have gathered into car pool groups; you will work with this group for the entire event day: this way the group that came together and leave together. We will leave the Mall at 4:15am to be ready for check-in at 4:30am. In the event you arrive any time after 4:15am, I will not be able to guarantee that we will be able to utilize you for the day; so please be on time for the event. However, please call me before you turn back home. There may be an opportunity to get the parking pass to you. Also, do not forget the dress code.
