Need To Know: Sigma / Zeta Day On The Hill Tues 2/27

Greetings, Brothers!

Thank you to everyone who RSVP’d and agreed to take time out of your busy schedules to attend the 2024 joint Sigma/Zeta Day on the Hill! Please review the information below, which is relevant to your attendance. You will also find the event agenda and flyer attached. 

You can still attend this event if you did not RSVP’d just know you may have to do lunch on your own.

The luncheon will be catered by “Da Hen Den” and comes at a cost of $15 per person for those who already pre-ordered their meal by the 2/18 cutoff date.

Attire
Photos will be taken throughout the event, so please arrive in your Royal Blue and Pure White! 

The recommended attire for Brothers is the official Sigma uniform, consisting of a Blue blazer, White shirt, a solid Royal Blue tie OR a striped Royal Blue/White tie, with Black slacks and Black shoes. 

Arrival
The event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so Brothers are strongly encouraged to arrive by 9:30 AM. Please be mindful that regular business will continue at the Statehouse, and attendees must account for security checks and some congestion in the lobby upon entry.

All attendees should enter the Indiana Statehouse through the basement entrance on Senate Ave.

Belongings
Standard Statehouse policies remain in effect, so please condense your belongings to hand-held and travel-size bags only. All bags are subject to security checks upon entry. 

Parking
Parking will be available at the Senate Avenue Parking Garage across the street from the Capitol Building. It is essential for attendees to bring their parking tickets to the event for parking validation. Without validation, parking will come at a cost to the individual. The pricing can be found below.

0-30 minutes: $11

30 minutes – 3 hours: $15

3-5 hours: $20

5-6 hours: $25

6-10 hours: $30

10-24 hours: $40
